About

Chelsea Bovey, RMT

I am a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO). I have been working with clients in Kingston and the surrounding area for over 8 years. I harbor a love for fitness which began young, as I competed both nationally and internationally as a sprint canoer, representing the Gananoque Canoe Club. Since hanging up my competitive paddle I have continued to be involved in health and fitness through strength training, biking, running and swimming.

I always have a goal on the go, and believe that goal setting is extremely important, not just in sport but in life. That being said, my fitness background has given me some essential tools for offering the best treatment possible through collaboration with clients. Teamwork is extremely important in achieving the results you desire; it is primary to my practice and to your health. I look forward to my work with a wide range of individuals, seeking treatment for various reasons, but always with one thing in common: goals. Let’s work together to improve your quality of life!

Rachel Logan, RMT, BSc

Rachel is a registered massage therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She obtained a massage therapy diploma in 2016 from Sutherland Chan School & Teaching Clinic and has been honing her skills ever since. She has worked with a variety of age groups, an assortment of musculoskeletal complaints, injuries, chronic pain, all stages of pregnancy, maintenance for active individuals and physical symptoms of mental disorders such as anxiety, depression and insomnia. She believes that wellness and therapeutic relaxation are integral parts of overall health and aims to bring these qualities to every treatment.

As a former office worker and avid reader, she understands the pain and tension that can come from sitting at a computer, reading or studying for long hours. This led her to an interest in helping people with TMJ (jaw), back, neck and shoulder pain. She has taken further courses to improve her ability to help people with these complaints.

She has been trained in Swedish techniques, Trigger Point therapy, TMJ massage, Joint Mobilizations and pregnancy massage. She is passionate about continuing to learn and developing new skills to better assist her clients in reaching their goals.
